The Perimeter Trail roughly runs along the eastern border of the park and winds through some older stands of Western Hemlock and Douglas-fir. It's is a great section of the park to see Devil’s Club (Oplopanax horridus), one of the most interesting and formidable looking plants at Silver Falls.
